SHIPPING & RETURNS


Each DoseMate is made and packed by hand, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.

Due to the nature of the product and its use with consumables, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’ll make it right — just reach out.


Please note: Minor surface imperfections may occur as each unit is 3D printed in-house. These won’t affect the look or function of your DoseMate — just part of its handmade charm.

⚠ Safety & Use Notice

DoseMate is intended for dry powders only.

Not certified for long-term food storage or for use with liquids. If used with edible powders (e.g., spices, drink mixes, candy powder, etc.), keep contents completely dry and clean the container thoroughly after each use to reduce the risk of mold or bacterial growth.

To clean: empty contents, scrub with warm soapy water using a small brush, rinse, and allow to air dry fully before refilling.

Do not store damp or wet powders. Do not expose to temperatures above 122 °F (50 °C).
