Dosing
- Check the bottom of DoseMate to see if there is any powder left.

- Once the powder falls into place, grip DoseMate firmly and hold it horizontally.
- Slide the scoop out smoothly for your perfect dose.
- Always close DoseMate completely right after use to prevent moisture buildup and protect your powder.
- Tip: Holding DoseMate close to your chest gives you more control when pulling the scoop out.

Refill & Reload
Step 1: Disassemble DoseMate
Start by removing the DoseKoozie (the outer case). Grip the top of the DoseKoozie with your index finger and the transparent base with your thumb. Pinch and gently push upward β this will slide the container out. Once itβs loose, pull it free from the sleeve.
Step 2: Remove the Cap
Hold the DoseKoozie with both hands, making sure the cap is facing up. Use your thumb to lift and pop off the cap.

Step 3: Add Powder
Make sure to fine the powder before adding. With the spoon still inside, insert the funnel into the top of the container and begin pouring in your powder. If the powder stalls, gently tap the bottom of the container on a surface to help it flow.
- Important: Stop filling when the powder reaches the colored line at the tip of the funnel.
- Warning: Overfilling will prevent DoseMate from functioning properly.
- Warning: DoseMate mostly works with potent powder, please follow the powders handling procedures.
Step 4: Add Silica Beads
Place three intact silica beads on top of the powder to help keep it dry β this is especially important in humid environments.
- Warning: Do not use damaged silica beads. Please discard any damaged silica beads.

Care & Cleaning
Note: If DoseMate is considerably moist or wet inside, the container is compromised and should be discarded due to the risk of bacteria growth.
- Tap the open container sideways on a hard surface to knock out most of the powder.
- If the powder is clumped, use a toothpick or the sweezers to gently push it out.
Note: For safe use, DoseMate must be completely dry before storing or refilling. Moisture can compromise powder quality and safety.
FAQs
How do I know it's working?
When DoseMate is functioning properly, youβll feel a smooth pull and see the powder settle correctly in the scoop.
My powder is stuck at the bottom - What do I do?
If your powder is stuck, itβs likely due to moisture or clumping. Use a pair of thin tweezers to gently break it up and remove any buildup. To avoid this in the future, always store DoseMate in a dry place and close it immediately after use.
What if the parts get stuck?
DoseMate parts are designed to fit snugly to keep your powder secure. If they feel stuck, applying firm, even pressure when pulling them apart usually does the trick.
Can I mix and match parts?
Yes you can β and we encourage it! All parts are designed to be interchangeable for a fully customizable experience.
Can I use the same DoseMate for different powders?
We donβt recommend it. Even after cleaning, trace residue can affect taste, potency, or texture. For the best experience, use a dedicated DoseMate for each type of powder. It keeps things clean, consistent, and true to the flavor.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final; however, if any part arrives damaged or isnβt as described, weβre happy to make it right. Please visit out Contact Page if you have any issues. Every item goes through a quality check before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.
My DoseMate isn't working. What should I do?
If your DoseMate isnβt functioning properly, itβs typically due to one of the following reasons:
-
Overfilled container:
If the container is packed too tightly, the scoop canβt move freely. Insert the funnel and check that the colored line is still visible. If not, remove some powder. -
Low powder level:
DoseMate needs a minimum amount of powder to operate. If the container is nearly empty, it may not be able to pick up the last bit. -
Clumpy or moist powder:
Moisture or uncut chunks can block proper flow. Open the container and check that the powder is dry and finely ground. Follow the Care & Cleaning guide to restore proper function.
